This group of small neighborhoods located South-East of Downtown Sarasota, are bordered by Tuttle Avenue to the East, Bahia Vista Street to the South, The Legacy Rail Line and Ringling Boulevard to the North, and Washington Boulevard/Tamiami Trail to the West. These well-established neighborhoods contain many mid-century ranch homes, condos, townhomes, apartments, and even a few homes dating back to the 1920s.
