Green Drinks 2023 Sponsorship Details

2023 Sponsorship Information for the In-Person Social Events (Act now only 4 Slots remaining)

About: We have a lively mixture of people from NGOs, academia, government and business. Come along and you’ll be made welcome. It’s a great way of catching up with people you know and also for making new contacts. Everyone invites someone else along, so there’s always a different crowd, making Green Drinks an organic, self-organizing network.

Attendance: Our past Sarasota events have had an attendance of between 15 to as many as 50+ people.

Reach: Our email list is currently 203 people and is growing with live events taking place again and collaboration with other groups such as South Face, USGBC and AIA.

Exposure:

• There are 3 emails announcing each event x 12 months a year = 36 e-mail exposures.

              Your company Logo (and website linked to your logo) on each email.

• A “Premier Banner” will be printed and erected at each event (when we reach 12 sponsors) with your company’s logo stepped and repeated with the other sponsor's logos Guests are reminded of your brand as they pose for a photo and upon viewing their images from the event later, and social media sharing gets your brand recognized through their social media connections.
• A QR code on all marketing will also be incorporated leading to a web page with each sponsor's info and sponsors can have a link or QR code on this page leading to their company’s chosen landing page.
• We will encourage Sponsors to have handouts, giveaways, or a gift card or gift basket for a drawing at each event if they choose. With advanced notice special mention of this can be in the email. This will be optional, and sponsors will be responsible for this.
• One month of the year your company will receive special credit as the food (and/or drink ticket) sponsor in the emails and at the event.

Cost: Sponsorship is $500 (one time) per sponsor for the (Entire) year of benefit.
